Eastern Spiced Lamb Tagine

This is a recipe that is cooked in a traditional Moroccan tagine, however if you don’t have one of these you can easily cook it on the hob in a large pan instead of transferring to the oven.

Our tomato growing started about 2 months ago. Here I will describe how we got going and the things you will need to grow your own.

The tomatoes we have grown this year are moneymaker (a classic favourite) and Pomodoro (a large plum variety that is good for using in sauces).
