Posted by Sarah on May 9, 2009

This is a recipe that is cooked in a traditional Moroccan tagine, however if you don’t have one of these you can easily cook it on the hob in a large pan instead of transferring to the oven.

Posted by Sarah on April 14, 2009

Spicy Moroccan chicken with cous cous

Posted by Sarah on March 31, 2009

This is a modified version of a Jamie Oliver recipe, adapted to use chicken instead of fish. If you’re on a budget  use chicken thighs to make this dish a bit cheaper. Alternatively if you fancy fish you can use salmon fillets or white fish instead.
