Eastern Spiced Lamb Tagine

This is a recipe that is cooked in a traditional Moroccan tagine, however if you don’t have one of these you can easily cook it on the hob in a large pan instead of transferring to the oven.

Lamb Curry

This is a  recipe that I learnt whilst doing cooking night classes. A little more unusual as the rice is cooked in with the curry and tastes fantastic! You can use different curry pastes to change the flavour and also use frozen spinach to make it a little cheaper. More…

Spicy Moroccan chicken with cous cous

This is a modified version of a Jamie Oliver recipe, adapted to use chicken instead of fish. If you’re on a budget  use chicken thighs to make this dish a bit cheaper. Alternatively if you fancy fish you can use salmon fillets or white fish instead.
